About
Nate Chura holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in
Musical Theatre and Acting from Emerson
College. He is also an alumni of the New York
State Theatre Institute and participated in the
BMI Lehman Engel Musical Theatre
Workshop as a Composer/Lyricist. He is a
member of ASCAP, The Dramatists Guild of
America, The Players (nation's oldest private
theatre club), and former member of the
Actors Equity Association. As a pianist/singer,
he has appeared numerously around New
York and beyond. In addition to the arts, Nate
is
also an accomplished New York tennis
professional and sports journalist.
He is a
certified member of the U
.S. Professional
Tennis Association and in 2009 will serve his
first term as secretary of the Eastern Board
Division. Nate also serves
on the senior
coaching staff at the Prospect Park Tennis
Center in
Brooklyn, NY. This website contains
