Lost And Found, a recycled musical... is a modern day musical comedy that takes place,
primarily, on the streets of New York, in and around the Upper Eastside mansion home of
Dr. O. Franklin Halliburton Esq.  The musical’s primary subject matter is that of “garbology,”
the study of trash.  More specifically, the musical  takes a peek into the secret society of “trash
picking,” those who pick through the garbage, as well as, the authorities who enforce the local
law, the rich who pay the authorities to enforce the local law—and who, in excess, throw
things away, and the “operations” of the garbagemen who take the garbage away.

In particular, the musical focuses in on the relationship between Willy Seeker (the stories main
protagonist) a former day trader, now a seasoned trash picker looking for happiness in a
recycled way; and Dr. Halliburton, an entitled yuppie who spends like there is no tomorrow on
all of life’s pleasures in hopes the things he buys will find him  happiness.  They don’t.  All
they find him is terror.  So he throws everything away!  One night, he spies Willy picking
through his treasures.  Halliburton is completely taken aback by this phenomenon, unable to
comprehend the lifestyle of a trash picker like Willy Seeker.  After a heated altercation,
Halliburton calls-on and pays-off the local constable (Officer B. Hive) to get the riff-raff off
the streets.  Violating Willy’s rights as a citizen, Halliburton and the law win the first battle and
Willy is banished from the land.

During Willy ‘s exile, he finds true love through the extraordinarily quirky, Chase Price, who is
a nail specialist by day, closet, trash picker by night.  Although they meet casually and
coincidentally pre-exile, it isn’t until Willy is “run out of town” that the two lovers come
together and find their unity between each other, and the garbage that they must now fight to
protect.  However, the antagonistic force of the mafia, who now control the sanitation
industry, have different plans for not only the trash, but  Willy and Chase and Halliburton and
the police!  It is a combination of all these worlds, you never knew existed, coming together
that turns out an unexpected surprise.
